I have used Buechner Insurance for many years now. I plan on being a customer for many years to come! Brett is the best insurance agent I have ever had. No matter what the problem is he is there to take care of it for me. He is very prompt with his return calls, and I can usually talk to him directly if it is during business hours. His office staff are very friendly, and well informed. He is always searching for better rates and makes the transition very easy. So I know that I have the best policies for the best price. STOP SEARCHING
This agency was originally recommended to me through a friend who said they were fantastic. I decided it wouldn't hurt to check them out and man was she telling the truth! Brett called me that same night and gave me an incredible rate with a really really low down payment! I could finally stop searching for quotes. He did all the foot work for me that I didn't have time to do. Not only were the prices great but anytime I called in for any thing no matter what they resolved the matter in a timely and professional manner (and let me tell you I am an unorganized mess). This is the best agency I have ever found and I highly recommend anyone searching for qoutes to stop right here and it will be your last stop.

Well frankly I was impressed by the fast action by Hanover's adjuster immediately following the late discovery of the hurricane Ike damage to the rental property roof damage and the eaves damage. He did a comprehensive review sent me a review by email adjusted for my deductible and then I went out and got a review by the contractors I use and they confirmed his numbers and I had the work done while his check was in the mail and received before completion. I was very satisfied. And so because of the fast action of their adjuster it reflects on the Hanover Insurance Co. hence I recommended them to Andrea when looking for a company.
